Warwickshire is committed to reducing emissions from areas that the council has direct control over including own transport, gas and bought electricity to net zero by 2030.
The council has pledged to doing everything within our power to get our communities across Warwickshire to Net Zero by 2050 or sooner. In making this pledge we have joined with UK100, a network of local authorities across the country to share knowledge, collaborate, and petition the UK government with their collective power.
The council is committed to be the best it can be, sustainable now and for future generations. We have committed to a range of actions that we can directly and indirectly deliver on and those where we can exert influence.
