Residents in Warwickshire can sign up to the Slim Your Bin scheme, which offers practical advice and encouragement to help you recycle more and waste less. It’s free to join, and you’ll get regular emails on bin slimming themes such as cutting food waste and getting the right thing in the right bin.

Each suggested activity is worth points and if you track your activities, you could be given a £20 voucher at the end of the month. The points also contribute to donations to charities or local community projects chosen by residents.
