North Warwickshire Borough Council would like to hear your views about the climate emergency and your ideas and suggestions for addressing the crisis that we are all facing.
The Council has produced a draft Climate Change Action Plan which outlines how they will reduce carbon emissions and adapt to a changing climate. They would very much welcome your thoughts on the plan as it is drafted and your ideas on how the Council can further reduce its climate impact.
Leader of the Council, Cllr David Wright said; “Through engagement and consultation with our communities we can better understand the impact of climate change and take steps to make our borough greener, healthier and more sustainable now and in the future.
In the plan we've set targets and commitments to work with our communities, partners, local businesses, and other key stakeholders.”
Visit www.northwarks.gov.uk/climatechange to download the plan and submit your response.
The consultation closes on Sunday 24 July 2022.
